First you have to find out which work to do you like most and then set goals for you to achieve in that field. You have to true passion for your work and learn the depth of your work. You have to remember your goal every time to be successful that's why you have to prepare a notice board on which you have written your goals or prepare such thing that reminds you of your goals.
      If your goal is big then divide it into small parts and achieve these small parts slowly. When you achieve one of these small parts of your goal celebrate freely it will give you energy. Success needs continuous work when you set goal then you have to work continuously despite of many failures in that field.

How to eradicate poverty ?

The main reasons of poverty are growing population, corruption, illiteracy etc. The cause of poverty in different places may be different. The main question is what should government do to eradicate poverty and what have we to do ?
         Government should start a two year compulsory course for skill development for 10th standard pass out students and this course should run with 11th and 12th class. 12th class pass out boy would not be worried about how to earn money. Government should arrange all type of education to all people for free.
          Government should make a law to eradicate corruption and this will help to reach benefits of government plans to the lower class.
          Government should make a law for all to minimize growth rate of population. When population growth will come under control then government plans would work more accurate.
            We have to give 1/4 of our income to our poor neighbors for skill development. All competent people should take responsibility of 10 poor families for reducing poverty.  
        

How to eradicate corruption ?

Before eradicate corruption we have to know the reason behind corruption , we have to know how and where it starts. let us start with lower level.Where the common man facing corruption.

       A common man needs many certificates for various works which is issued by govt. department. A clerk who sits govt. department delays common man's works by many days, by month or by years. A common man give bribe to clerk to escape these problems. That clerk demands openly for bribe. Why? Because he does not fear of punishment. Because clerk has nexus with officials. The country's legal system is too poor. Trail runs for years, Sometimes the cases go so long that the accused dies. 

      To stop this type of corruption govt. should make a law where every work should be done in certain period. If a task is not completed in specified days then responsible officers and staffs should be fined. The fine should be deduct from their salary and the collected fine should be given the applicants. Delay on work should be consider as corruption. The number of courts and judges should be increased. In the case of corruption decision should come within 6 months or a year. The investigation agencies should be independent from govt.
