Before eradicate corruption we have to know the reason behind corruption , we have to know how and where it starts. let us start with lower level.Where the common man facing corruption.
A common man needs many certificates for various works which is issued by govt. department. A clerk who sits govt. department delays common man's works by many days, by month or by years. A common man give bribe to clerk to escape these problems. That clerk demands openly for bribe. Why? Because he does not fear of punishment. Because clerk has nexus with officials. The country's legal system is too poor. Trail runs for years, Sometimes the cases go so long that the accused dies.
To stop this type of corruption govt. should make a law where every work should be done in certain period. If a task is not completed in specified days then responsible officers and staffs should be fined. The fine should be deduct from their salary and the collected fine should be given the applicants. Delay on work should be consider as corruption. The number of courts and judges should be increased. In the case of corruption decision should come within 6 months or a year. The investigation agencies should be independent from govt.
